About us

Launched in November 2012, Geeksband is a magazine dedicated to web designers, web masters, bloggers, freelancers and mostly the Geeks that love the web. Our team, a band of Geeks from Morocco that is interested in a better web, intend to publish good quality content around web design and web technologies like tutorials, inspirational articles, resources, freebies, blogging & SEO tips, and we don’t forget some wordpressing.

We also release our own new HTML5 and CSS3 templates from time to time, you can visit the Portfolio to take a look at some of our creations and works.

Just for a little history about us; the first Geeksband website was created in August 2009 and it was a Graphic design forum, but because of studies, our staff was a little busy and couldn’t take the moderation of the board anymore, so it was closed until the last summer when the idea of recreating Geeksband with a new concept came out.

Youssef Nassim is the Founder and Chief Editor of Geeksband. He’s a webmaster and impassioned of web technologies and blogging. He loves creating stuff with HTML5 & CSS3. Zakariya Lhamri

Zakariya Lhamri is a 20 years old university student. He’s studying engineering economics and statistics. As a Geek, he’s also a web technologies lover, a good gamer and an amateur blogger. What he mostly enjoys doing in free time is playing soccer and hanging out with friends.
